PAST EVENTS
OUTDOOR CHRISTMAS MARKET
I was part of an outdoor market in November. This was my 2nd time as a vendor at a market. I had a great time, met some lovely vendors and customers. At this market my top seller was my Chunky Dinosaurs. I showcased my Twisted Ear Warmer and Pom-Pom Beanie.
MY VERY FIRST MARKET
I did my very first market in September and it was amazing! I enjoyed it so much. Meeting new people and sharing my creations with a wonderful community. Thank you to my dear friend Joyce for being by my side. She was my cheerleader, sales coach and my very own Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tubegirl.
I hope to be a vendor in some markets in the New Year 2022 :) stay tuned
ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Nicole, but I got the nickname Kneecole after my knee surgeries in high school. I’ve been crafting ever since I was a little girl, from making friendship bracelets, turning my jeans into bell bottoms, to knitting and crocheting. I taught myself how to knit and crochet when I was in my 20's by watching my husbands Avo (grandmother) crochet and YouTube videos. I am a momma of 3 little ones (one is a Labrador Retriever) and my loving husband is Daniel . I am a supply teacher and live in Ontario, Canada. In my spare time you will most likely find me crocheting/knitting, but I also enjoy board games.

Meet Inky ... a squishy soft Pac-Man Ghost
I was asked to make a turquoise Pac-Man ghost so here it is.
What I used from @michaelsstores:
- Sweet Snuggles Yarn by Loops & Threads colour Turquoise
- Poly-Fil
- Felt
- Aluminum Crochet Hook by Loops & Threads size 4.5mm

When I was asked to make a soft plushy Axolotl I had to look up what exactly that was LOL ... here is my squishy creation.
Have you ever heard of these critically endangered amphibians??
If not look them up 👀
They are incredible.
Axolotl's are salamanders that can regenerate their limbs, lungs, heart, jaws, spines, and even parts of their brain!

I was asked to create an Olaf toque for a little sweat 1 year old's Halloween costume to match her sister who was Elsa for Halloween. I used a pattern from www.amyscrochetpatterns.com for a reference and made 2 sizes to make sure at least one would fit the little one.

A friend of someone who saw me at my first Market reached out to me on Instagram and asked me if I could make her daughter some lil cats.
After she sent me a pic I was able to find the free pattern from Thoresby Cottage @thoresbycottage
I hope her daughter thinks they are PUR-fect 🐈🐈🐈 because they were a lot of fun to create.
